so yeah, about that...

I love cities. I love rainy days. I spend a lot of time reading about things that bore the average person - like how the universe was formed, whether there's really a heaven and hell, what transportation policies will make America tops again, and so on and so forth. I used to write poetry. I spend Fridays at happy hour and eating cupcakes with one of my best friends. Football is my favorite sport. I'm a GRITS - girl raised in the South - and proud of it. I live in NYC but I'll never be a New Yorker. I know how to drive but prefer public transit or walking. I miss my family. I'm a deep thinker, an urban planner by training, employed in the education field and love all things happy. I still draw stick figures and haven't quite figured out what I want to do when I grow up. • Ask me anything

Dear Brandon!

Yes, with an exclamation mark! LOL I met you via Twitter and now you are one of my favorite people to follow. Your tweets are funny, insightful and interesting. Your drive is something I admire. I used to be kind of like you, but then one day, I lost my type A drive. Oh, well. I’m old now, so it’s not as necessary as it used to be!

I know that you are going to be famous one day, and I hope our friendship never changes. You are awesome. Never forget that. You are loved. And you are on the brink of success!
